I put one of my poles down and left it on a trail and didn't realize it. Couldn't afford another black diamond set so I stumbled here for a replacement. While it's just as good, the hardware on the shaft is very loose when you extend the pole is a bit concerning. The packaging also could be smaller and not as wasteful. Short of these things, a positive experience overall.

Nice pole!
We had several blizzards here in Iowa and where I love to walk on an old railroad road trail the snow was deep and treacherous. After trudging through a few times I found a branch in the woods! It helped a lot but….. it broke. So I ordered these trekking poles and they are wonderful! I highly recommend them
The handle of the Aluminum Trekking Pole is very important to me. The grip is the same among all of the Poles that I have from your company. I have a set of 2 Poles that are about 7 years old, the handles are identical and the feel is also identical. This makes the Poles very useful.
This was a replacement pole. It did the job and the clip adjustment was great. Thank you for shipping it to me in Alaska. It would be useful if particular instructions for taking apart and reassembling bottom sement of the poles were included in with all sets of poles.
