Before Hiker Hunger Outfitters existed, there was just a pair of hikers — Rory and Emily — who loved being outside more than almost anything else. Long miles. Big elevation. The particular silence of a morning summit before anyone else arrives.
Movement for the sake of movement.
With a passion for building things, we always wanted to tweak our equipment after each hike. This obsessions turned into making our own prototypes and sharing them with family and friends.
Fast forward 12+ years and that obsessions has blossomed into what Hiker Hunger Outfitters is today!

What surprised us most after launching Hiker Hunger wasn't the distance hikers who found us — it was everyone else.
