PVC Rubber Tips
Our PVC Rubber Tip set comes with 4 or 6 replacement trekking pole tips that are made from a harder plastic and the best choice if you frequently walk/hike on bike paths, pavement, or hard outdoor surfaces.
These tips are wear resistant and not as "soft" or quiet as the TPR tips. They are compatible with most trekking poles brands.

I contacted Hiker Hunger Outfitters about a problem I had the first time I used my poles. It was an obvious novice mistake on my part in not using the poles correctly which wore down the tips after one hike. The company graciously responded by sending me new tips. Customer Service rates a big 10 in my book!

The rubber tips from Hiker Hunger Outfitters are a necessary piece of kit. They are solid quality tips to keep in reserve for when your existing walking pole tips wear out. Since this will happen from exposure to a number of surfaces - rock, pavement, asphalt, streams, gravel - I recommend having sets of these tips, since you will need them. Fits most poles.
